We currently have an urgent need for more foster homes at the moment.
If you or anyone you know can help in this way please contact us asap. Even short term foster homes would be a great help to us at the moment. Fosterers are matched to their foster dogs as carefully as is possible and our fosterers are given full back up and we cover all expenses, including the cost of food as well if it is needed. Please cross post this as needed and spread the word around your family and friends.

Please can I re iterate WhiteRoses plea. This is particularly for one dog who is in great danger of being put to sleep unless we can find a foster home. Even if you only do it as a one off and yes as a fosterer I know how difficult it is to part with them we would love to hear from you.
Having said that the more foster homes we have the more dogs we can help.

We will try and get something up when we can, but do currently need foster homes for quite a variety of dogs.of sizes and ages and they do change so frequently. In the meantime if anyone would like more details then just send me a pm and I can fill you in.

Do you have any golden retrievers that need fostering?

At the moment we don't have any of those. If you would consider taking something else then please let us know, as the need is great for foster parents right now. Also, although we have no golden retrievers now, we may have in the future and if you would wish we could do all the normal checks and paper work now and keep you in reserve for any coming in.

What area do you need to live in? I am in Fife, Scotland, and it's probably too far away to help but I am an exprienced foster carer for Blue Cross and PFSS so if I can possibly help please let me know!

The age of your children is irrelevant as we match the dog to the foster home, so we would only put dogs that we knew where ok with children. I foster and have an 11year old, 5 year old and 2 year old. I will get Whiterose to pm you with details on being a fosterer.

What breed is the urgent one mentioned above? I am strongly thinking of fostering and whilst its not convenient at the moment, if this one is suitable we will try and help. Larger breeds would be more suitable, and we can manage puppies or mums tobe (although I will be guaranteed to fail) We have 3 GSDs and a Husky cross (and now adore huskyies despite (or even because) of their interesting little ways!). We can't foster black dogs that look like labs or JRT as our eldest is rascist! Our bitch must stay dominant (she's 4, and can probably handle most upstarts). Best of all, we have underfloor heating and 3 acres, and are just down the road from you. Pls PM if you think we can help
